I think most people keep overlooking the postives that have come out in the last month. - Selling Euro div. to raise 1.3 bil in cash - Exiting energy trading - Recent TGN amendment makes it far easier for RRI to buy TGN 9 months from now. - EP settlement w/CA - CNP refi at very favorable terms (RRI in better shape than CNP) - Resolution on CA lawsuits soon (hopefully tomorrow)
