Would we want Chirac's help? My vote is no.

I just him to get to the point where he's obligated to offer assistance. It would effectively make the point that he was wrong about chemical weapons.

But then again, considering that some Americans might fall victim to such weapons, I'd be happy just to see France remain on the sidelines..
