Wayne - don't you worry - it's a great book, at least it was for me (started in the middle though, early years I'll read later!).

I didn't get your comment "Inco gets held hostage in VB ...diamonds in the north?"

Thoughts on Aber... First off I don't own any. I did though, and I'm embarassed to repeat what I had done.

I look at Aber as a good hold for the debt to be paid off, and the dividends roll in. If you aren't ready for retirement, you may want to trade into something more speculative, as it will cap out.

Recent trading is similar to SUF, probably because both are in the index, and widely held by the Funds. They both trend the gold index to some degree. Don't worry, unless you are facing a margin squeeze.

It appears to have 190,000 shares short up from 106,000 the month before. biz.yahoo.com
