Although VIX 50 has marked tops and 20 bottoms
for the past few years, perhaps right now (past few months to the next few months) we might be in a period of a tighter range, with 40 marking tops and mid-low 20s marking bottoms.

Maybe the Big Boys have reset their VIX settings in their buy programs just to screw around with us little guys once again <g/ng>
