Enron through various big $$$ donations to the Dems, got much of its trading to be left unregulated by Clinton's FTC, SEC and FERC.

And Dem Ed Markey was the architect of the telecom dereg act of 1995, which led up to the disasters like GXC WCOM, various CLECs, and so many others.
