Tim, re: When 3 of my 4 grandparents immigrated to the U.S. in the late 1800s and early 1900s... My ancestors beat yours. Good thing mine were more tolerant than you are. re: Our new crop, from various Turd World nations, are not similarly educated. Maybe none of the younger generation is. Frankly, the immigrants are much better educated, especially wrt the constitution and American history, than the home grown variety "younger generation". Take a few hours of your precious time and go to a local ceremony where they swear in new US citizens; it's amazing. And you might remember some of the very productive folks that are and were involved in Intel, that were not born in Montana or New York or California. There is this thing about 1st or 2nd generation Americans, that they seem to support the government no matter what. Never figured that out. Bush sure does sound like an idiot when he talks about how Iraq was/is a threat to the US. Does ANYBOBY in the world buy that? John
