Well, hats off to the Iranians. My mother's boss is a person of Iranian birth, who has family still in Iran. He is a lovely man, who saved her life, literally, when she was ill, and I am extremely grateful. I hope not to give offense to any other nation, but I have always had pleasant dealings with Iranians. When I was in high school, one of my best friends was someone whose family escaped from reprisal from the regime of the Shah. My sister was in love with a man whose family escaped from the regime. They all had such hope that after the Shah was gone, they could go home again. My sister's lover did, and was executed. I wish good things for the Iranians.
