Successful? Best ever? He sold China classified technology for bags of cash. He sold NK a reprieve against nuclear non-proliferation which they ignored, he refused to take OBL in an offer from Somalia, he presided over the market during the largest excesses and criminal manipulation of the markets in history, he degraded the office of president bt getting caught (and lying about) getting blown by an intern and then looted the white house and air force one after pardoning numerous criminals on the way out the door. Yeah, those were the best years ever for the US.
