Missile hit market place in Bagdad. At least 15 dead and many are wounded.

I don't think the US counts those.

Saw a great pair of stories on CNN Europe yesterday. The first story showed the US prisoners sitting in stuffed chairs, hands free, with microphones stuffed in their faces. Of course, the story was about violating the Geneva Convention, Article 13, parading, etc...

Immediately following that was a story about a victorious battle of the coalition troops. Like the first story it was a voice over the background film. This one had Iraqi prisoners, wrists and ankles tied and bound so they could not stand. They were on their knees in the desert being "interviewed" by coalition forces. I'm not exactly sure why they did not mention Article 13 in that story, but they didn't.
