"Meanwhile, back on the Korean peninsula." Thanks for finding this, Bill. I agree with the article I posted from "Reason" that the NK's are desperate to get us into a unilateral talk about paying them off. We would be fools to do so. Then when they break any agreement made, the other countries involved would push us to do another unilateral talk, "ad nauseum."

We need to hold out for a talk sponsored by China or Japan. I have not seen anything that would indicate that they have been able to start their reprocessing plant.
