Paul--Thanks for the info. I'm going to due a little more of my due diligence & hopefully have a decision made next week. Another question for you, (if you have the time to answer.) Why is the volume so small (1,500 shares) when this stock is so cheap and has a chance (good chance) to triple in value in 12 months? I know you said it's 70% owned by insiders, but I figure there would be many more bottom-feeders (like myself) out there trying to grab as much as possible. This inactivity is what worries me the most. scott
