Newspaper report this morning states simply "SeaChange International down 8 5/8 at 19 1/4. The maker of digital video software reported second-quarter earnings that met analysts' forecasts, but the stock was downgraded by two companies." No mention of insider trades, but those could have had an influence on the downgrading. Anyone talk with the brokerage houses or have other information regarding the reasons for the downgrade?
