Truthie, I suggest you re-read my post. It seems you can give it but can't take it.

There is nothing wrong with sending information. The key is whether you fit in the conspiracy web. I also suggest you read the case law in that area as it is very wide.

Giving opinions is fine. Telling the "truth" is also fine. However, when someone sets himself up as an "analyst" and publishes "press releases" and has reason to believe others use that information before that "release" may, in my opinion, have some issues to defend. In manipulation conspiracies, truth is not a defense. You should know that.

I think you better be careful.
