You weren't under the impression that the search for OBL was going to be easy were you? Trying to find 1 person who is in hiding is pretty tough. I happen to think Saddam will be different because I think he is willing to go down with the ship. Even so, finding him will be difficult but not finding him will not eliminate the benefits of removing him from power. I think the same is true of OBL. Clearly his life on the run has impacted his ability to organize terror
