Clinton was aware of OBL and he wasn't able to catch him either Catching him was not as urgent a task and neither was it so important to the American public before 9/11, as I am sure you will agree. It was not a priority item. I believe it has become a priority since 9/11. <<Or maybe he is cooking up another one>> Thats speculation Of course it is. And so is your assertion that he has not done anything since 9/11 because being on the run inhibits his ability to plot terrorist attacks. I sure hope he is don't you? Yes I do. He is the one who cooked up 9/11 after all, a fact one might forget looking at Bush's discourse of the past six months or so.
