Clinton was searching for him in a big way but couldn't find him. The point being that it really isn't Clinton Or Bush but rather the agencies we employ that have had a hard time finding him. Its not for lack of effort....both Administrations were looking and looking hard. So to call Bush inept because we have been unable to find 1 person is ridiculous and disingenuous. What terrorist event has happened in the US since 9/11 that was OBL sponsored? None - thats not speculation....thats fact. <<Yes I do. He is the one who cooked up 9/11 after all, a fact one might forget looking at Bush's discourse of the past six months or so.>> I haven't forgotten who was behind 9/11. Do you think you're the only person who recalls that event and who was behind it?
