Do you have an opinion on whether or not the FED will soon start the process of buying back Treasury Bonds to force down long-term bond rates? In effect, the FED would be converting long-term debt to the shortest-possible-term debt, U.S. currency in circulation, in an effort to add fiscal stimulus to the economy.
