Ted Re...You would think but then again, they hate us. Go check out the word on the al Jazeera network. They are supposed to be the fairest media in the Arab world but still they do not present us in the best light.

For now, but there are a lot of reporters there taking lots of pictures. It will get out eventually.

It was interesting that in the pepolesian wars, in ancient Greece, Sparta and the city state of Athens declared war on each other. Sparta invaded Athens and camped outside the city of Attica, and challenged them to come out to fight. Pericles, the head of Attica refused, as he could feed the city through its ports. After 6 months Sparta gave up, and went home, only to come back next summer. The point is, that although Pericles didn't get defeated in battle, most of the city residents felt like cowards, and it hurt Athens chances of winning the war. Eventually Attica ventured on a risky military gambit, to stop the Spartans from surrounding Attica, lost the gambit, and lost the war. How you fight a war can be as important as why. Saddam will do well with guerilla tactics, poorly if he uses civilians as shields. as the arab street is his only chance of winning the war. .

A lot of times smart military moves can backfire. Here, if we stick to the basics, try to avoid civilian casualties, Saddam will be the ultimate loser.
