David Re...This is a huge issue that is going to cause problems in this region for years to come (if you think fighting over religion can get ugly, fighting over water is worse).

That is true, however, as Ted said, Israel has the best tech in the world. Technology that many arab nations will need, to feed their growing populations. Certainly the WB acquifer won't solve all of their problems, and Israel has enough purchasing power to buy what they need, if they can't produce it.
