Hi again Malcolm. But the Flynn Effect says that's not true. The conventional theory you propound sounds good, but the facts are that even if the less intelligent are breeding, that's not reflected in actual measured population intelligence.

Therefore, the theory has a hole in the bucket.

What's more, the Flynn Effect is a worldwide phenomenon.
