Ted Re...You do know that Israel is short of water; so short that it it is dependent on the expensive method of desalinization of ocean water for a portion of its supply of non potable water. In fact, Israel is the world's leading expert on the desalinization method. Which is exactly why the WB water isn't as important as you seem to think. There are other sources, desalination, and according to Z, water from Lebanon and Turkey. If the Israelis have a choice between free or pay, which one do you think they will opt for? ted
