another explanation for keeping tv up was to see who would show up on tv after they bomb his meeting.

Not to sure this guy is right about our delay in attacking the city.. I kind of get the idea the plan is on schedule.
Since last Friday we moved 90 miles south of the city..In 1991 we were still bombing the place and did so for two more weeks before putting troops in..

But then they have a commitment to fill out a column for the nyt and a time line.. so write something.
