You're a little slow. Well, more than just little. The argument isn't that Enron screwed CA. That was a given almost from the start. The state went from "NO PROBLEMO" to "RED ALERT!" in a matter of weeks. THAT is a sign of manipulation.

But suppose the state gov't had pushed its way into the middle? Would it be as cash strapped as now? No way?

And that fails to explain the LARGE increase in state employment while Davis has been guv, a good part of which occurred AFTER state revenues had started falling.

Not that I expect you to understand any of this. You and Grayout share a common IQ: 0.
