Well, we are mainly missing the 4th Infantry division, which according to plans would have been on the battlefield, if Turkey agreed.

I guess case could be made that extra forces should have been in Kuwait as a backup if something like this happened.

I have read estimates of up to a month from now until the 4th ID could reach Baghdad.
