Hi Fred, I saw a documentary last night about how the "Prevention of Genocide Act" was defeated by Reagan White House and how they actually increased shipment of goods to Saddam after the report of his crimes. How do you feel about that?

BTW, I've heard a lot white washing for letting Saddam use gunships to massacre civilians in the south, as if Normy had to pigeons to get his orders on how to stop it while it was going on for days. But did you know that the Kurdish uprising started 3 days after the Shia's? And did you know that then too Bush did nothing to prevent Saddam from killing the civilians. What is the excuse for that one? Normy still didn't think it was possible? And another thing, unlike what you claimed before, the movement of tanks in the north and the south and flying the gunships were a direct violation of the cease fire agreement. So we had the moral and legal right and the duty to intervene.
