Mr. Downing:
Given the recent announcement of Mr. Lacerte's purchase of 51% of the company's now issued and outstanding shares for $51,000 cash, I'd like to run some numbers by you in hopes you can validate them for myself and the others interested in this thread/company.

According to your opening e-mail, 25 million shares have been issued and even more precise number of 22,302,106 shares is quoted at americanstockprofiles.com. Using the more precise number of shares, Mr. Lacerte now owns 11,374,074 shares for a per share price of $0.0045. The last shares traded at 3/256 or $0.0117 or 2.6 times the amount Mr. Lacerte paid.

Are my numbers wrong? Maybe he only bought 51% of the float (3,906,503) which would put his per share price at $0.0256. This would make me feel a lot better!

Would you, or anyone else on this thread, know how many actual shares were purchased for $51,000?
