LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2003--Internap® Network Services Corporation (NASDAQ: INAP - News), the leading provider of performance-based routing services over the Internet, today announced it was awarded the inaugural Agent Alliance Choice Award during the opening ceremony of the Channel Partner Conference & Expo in Las Vegas.
Selected from among some 50 providers, Internap was honored by the Agent Alliance for its continued excellence in service, performance and innovation in supporting channel partner and agent sales initiatives across the U.S.

"Internap has consistently displayed a high level of integrity and professionalism over the years in dealing with agents," said Ted Schumann, CEO of PlanetOne, a leading telecommunications brokerage firm, based in Scottsdale, AZ. "Its IP services are truly unique in today's marketplace, and its customer support has proven to be unmatched. Internap is to be commended for its commitment to alternate sales channels and to quickly establishing its Channel Partner organization as a 'real player' in the IP provider space."

Known as the premiere educational and networking forum for channel sales organizations and vendors, the 2003 Channel Partner Conference & Expo boasts a sold-out expo hall floor with more than 125 exhibits and a record number of registered attendees.

Members of the Agent Alliance voted on the 2002 performance of a distinguished list of top providers, which included industry players Sprint, WorldCom and AT&T. Internap demonstrated a consistent ability to form positive, mutually beneficial relationships with the independent channel by providing superior technical expertise, competitive pricing and proactive problem resolution.

"Our Channel Partner Program has developed strong relationships with key master agents, giving us access to over 2,500 sub-agents who sell and distribute Internap's high-performance Internet services," said Dave Abrahamson, Internap's Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Sales. "These relationships play a critical role in the strategic growth of our company, and are a key part of our product-to-market model for revenue generation. Internap's Channel Partner team continues to succeed by creating strategic alliances that not only complement our business, but also contribute to the quality of service we deliver to our customers."

Internap's channel partners have access to secure, privately operated network access points (P-NAPs) where business customers can connect to high-speed Internet backbones for transmitting and receiving Internet data traffic in the fastest and most efficient manner. Internap channel partners also benefit from the industry's leading Service Level Agreement (SLA), which covers the entire Internet. Internap guarantees 100 percent network availability; packet loss of less than 0.3 percent; and latency of less than 45 milliseconds, across the entire Internet - meeting or exceeding the SLAs that other NSPs apply only to their own network.
