tejek, re:Sharon is evil and needs to be sacked but the Israelis cling to him like rats to a sinking ship. And the only way he gets away with this shit is because he has the US's support. No good can come from our continued support of this piglet. You're going to bust a vein. <g> He's evil to those that would harm his citizens - sort of his job. I can't say too many positive things about Arafat either - but if they don't get on with the new PM and we begin to push the Israelis to bury the hatchet - they will surely use one on each other. Bush and Blair have been making statements regarding Israel and a new position they seem to be taking - should be interesting to read the plan they intend to unveil - once Arafat is neutralized.
