He could be wrong.. I was amazed at the vz production and still find it hard to believe. World oil supplies... I always understood there are many barrels of oil that somehow never get into statistics. Speculators hoard it etc. Notice how all the saudi oil in storage showed up a week ago..I do not remember that being published anywhere.
The reports that go out and get published may be accurate for United States as required by law. but I wonder about other parts of the world.
