Problem with boycotts is they boycott us back. I hate to say it but a lot of Americans are just plain blind, deaf and dumb. Most major US corporations get 50% of revenues from overseas. When we boycott a country and they boycott us back we just hurt ourselves. Even if we just boycott them we hurt ourselves as French companies, for instance, create a lot of US jobs. Just plain idiotic, and all because our dear president doesn't do diplomacy, or doesn't want to. Even the French would have been with us if Bush had cared about having them aboard.
