Robert-just talked with my broker. He had to wire to determine if shares could be bought. The answer came back 15 minutes later; the answer was that there was a bid of $1.25 but no ask. He said we could put an offer in to see if anyone takes it but that's about it. Sure appears that you are correct about the stock value; unfortunately, it also appears as though the shareholders are aware of it.
