You're on the right track. BC, Barrett had a brief stint in the 70s (1972-75); thereafter the 90s in BC pretty much belonged to the NDP: they won two elections, but I can't remember all the leaders -- Harcourt, Clarke, and Dosanj, but I think there was one more. Harcourt and Clarke were both forced to resign, and Dosanj led the party in the last election, which didn't work out to well for them. After Barrett Social Credit owned the province, until they imploded in 91(?).

Saskatchewan -- Alan Blakney in the late 70s and early 80s, then Roy Romanow, and now the present chap, Lorne Calvert. Alternated with Progressive Conservatives (principally Grant Devine), but Sask. PC party is now defunct.

Manitoba -- Ed Schreyer in the 70s, Howard Pawley in the 80s, and Gary Doer today. Alternated with PCs -- Sterling Lyon and then Gary Filmon.

Ontario: Bob Rae in 1990, one time only. Replaced a minority NDP Liberal coalition that had killed off the Tory dynasty.

Sorry I can't give you a link with one-stop shopping for dates. I'm surprised to see that the prov. govt. websites don't have good history sections.
