Because DDIM used to trade on "notions" like IOM, PRST, etc. Now it trades on the bare facts. Maybe they will come up with the facts to back up the stock price, but it is going to be harder from now on.
Everyone is much more skeptical due to Soros selling some, insiders selling some, that brokerage house shorting scandal a month ago, officers leaving, etc.
