Settlement of the Palestine issue is infinitely far away. It is always postponed to the future. The U.S. exerts no pressure whatsoever on Israel to do anything. On the contrary, money and military aid is showered on Israel without any quid pro quo. Israel and the U.S. act in concert; the goal is to continue the expansion of Israel, extend the settlements. This guarantees perpetual war, at first between Israel and the Palestinians and eventually as we are seeing between the U.S. and the whole Arab world, even the whole Moslem world. (Iran, the sworn enemy of Saddam, is part of the evil axis !!!??? ) If the Israelis moved to the U.S. the U.S. would gain their productivity and the mideast would have peace and local thugs like Saddam would have no general support.
As it is, any Arab that spits at the U.S. is automatically beloved. The move to subjugate the Palestinians is certainly obvious; does one need "brainwashing" to see it?
In connection with this thread, the conclusion is :if you want to keep your money, don't invest in the U.S.
