FYI / Update - I hope nobody has held their breaths for the gravel deal. I just called Mr. Bateman (07/31, 8:30 Calgary time) and he informs me "they should be sending the documents tomorrow, but [...] they've said that for some time now. We'll have to see if they come through. Call me tomorrow and I might be able to tell you."
