the directors are elected by the stockholders. in this case the very shrewd doctor as we all know owns all of the preferred stock that nullifies your voting interest.{as preferred overpowers common}
do a little more homework instead of assuming that you have supreme executive power at your hands.
that is why this stock is a pink sheet, and why wall street hasn't pumped it to heaven yet, also consider that the patent infringement is the doctor's patent, and license to fonr{your corporation} is renewable but expires {no longer exclusive to fonr} on th e other side of y2k.{not long}
fonr's corporation was out of neccessity to raise cash for damadians scientific endeavors not for shareholder control over such matters.

{i like fonr- but the 'poison pill' affects is so toxic it keeps long term small fry investors away====================as well as the big ones}
