Al-Samouds were brought out in the open by the Iraqis... They raised the question if they were in violation or not. That was a borderline case... Sure the missiles were capable of exceeding the limit, but under normal payload NOT.

WMD stands for weapons of mass destruction, meaning chemical, bio and nuclear weapons. So far none have been discovered. That is what I'm referring to. A 100 missiles of 100 km range don't constitute a threat to World peace.
