Quit pretending GW Bush is such a popular president. Before war started the latest polls showed only 44% would even vote for him, against 48% for an un-named Democrat. And Bush was trailing by quite a bit amongst key independent voters. Also this economy, my friend, it bites the big one, and is not likely to improve within a year to 18 months.
