The US claims Russia sold GPS jammers then says missiles took out the jammers. The US also stated the jammers had not been at all effective. If they didn't jam, were they "jammers"?? If they are now "destroyed" where is the evidence of their existence...how convenient that they are now "destroyed". Were there really GPS jammers there or did you just swallow another spoonfed lie?
