Conscripts whose family's are threatened with death if they don't fight are in my reality.

The fact that Saddams thugs have to lob mortars on their own citizens to keep them from leaving tells me that they are not popular, is also in my reality.

Then there is the woman who waved at the American Soldiers as they passed. The fedayeen dragged her from her home, strapped her to a bench and cut her head off.

These are not the actions of a popular government.
