RRI is showing impressive strength on the face of terrible news. Either the refinancing will be done, in spite of the CA problems, or there could be a white knight waiting in the wings ready to take it over in case of BK -- there is certainly a lot of value here even under worst case CA scenarios. I have no position in RRI at present.
