Again, like I said to CobaltBlue you can spin it whatever way you want but the Dobbs article states

<<A 1994 investigation by the Senate Banking Committee turned up dozens of biological agents shipped to Iraq during the mid-'80s under license from the Commerce Department, including various strains of anthrax, subsequently identified by the Pentagon as a key component of the Iraqi biological warfare program. The Commerce Department also approved the export of insecticides to Iraq, despite widespread suspicions that they were being used for chemical warfare.>>

Here's a link to the Senate Banking Committee's report.....

whether it was $200,000 worth (which I would like to see a link to the legitimacy of that statement) or $2,000,000 worth or $200,000,000 the bottom line is

<<On February 9, 1994, Chairman Donald W. Riegle, Jr. disclosed on the U.S. Senate floor that the U.S. government actually licensed the export of deadly microorganisms to Iraq. It was later learned that these microorganisms exported by the United States were identical to those the United Nations inspectors found and recovered from the Iraqi biological warfare program>>

I'd also like to know what other use bubonic plague has?? Not trying to be sarcastic but I'd really like to know what useful purpose it has other than a sinister one.
