Regardless of preterism, which I haven't dismissed(it really isn't on the top of my priority list), the fact is this Brian. Jesus will completely defeat and abolish all enemies. They won't be here. Sin, death, all enemies will not exist. When this happens, God will wipe away all tears. Everywhere. There will be no wailing gnashing etc.. It will be perfection. That's how complete Christ's work on the cross is.

I don't think preterism matters one way or the other. You could be right about it. I don't think so, but you could be right.
