for the first time since 1999. and today the equity options p/c ratio was greater than the index options p/c! last time that happened was in early october 2001 after a minor setback like this.
anti-war and anti-US sentiment is off the charts. people are scared to death the US might lose. (well some hope we do...LOL)

this is the buy of the century folks!!! scale in and manage your money and emotions, but get long or be wrong.
