Sony,Sharp,Phillips to produce,40" TV on wall,Flat panel display using Technology licensed from Tektronix. I saw this article on the Sony news page. How much money does a company like Tektronix make when someone else licenses their technology to make products. If Tek makes anything significant on this kind of arrangement then this could be exciting. I have heard some good stories about some people who have the large PDP TVs on their wall. The people that have them don't want to go back to regular TV displays. Hopefully televison products will come through and be a growth engine for Tek this next few years. Have you seen any other info on the PDP display technology?
