Halliburton Out of Race for Iraq Deal

There is a mistake in this story. We know, with certainty, that Halliburton can't be out of the race. Ask tejek and Al, and particularly American Spirit.

You see, Dick Cheney used to run Haliburton. And now, he is Vice President. Obviously, Cheney is in control of the letting of any such contract, and being the scoundrel that he is, he surely wants to let his old oil buddies in on any deal.

I know there is some mistake here...
