Actually, the word is that the HAL bid was not competitive Why should THAT matter? If the "fix" is in, why in the hell should HAL be competitive? Just jack it up; Cheney will take care of it. This is just more evidence that the REAL criminals are in the media and the liberals who slime the most decent people in the country like Dick Cheney.
