Mike, I am in Canada and I use canada-stockwatch.com.
You can set up the stocks you wish to track, and the quotes and prices update real-time on your portfolio display. Also, there is a window showing all quote and trade activity for your stocks, including the buying and selling house.

This is only available for Cdn stocks, but I sent them an E-Mail praising their service, but the lack of U.S. stocks, and they responded with thanks, and advising me that they plan to add U.S. stocks shortly.

I pay $19.95 Cdn per month for this service.
