"I have a request. I didn't get the name of the guy who drafted the "Prevention of Genocide Act". If you can pass me the names related to that discussion I appreciate it." The main guy is Peter Galbraith (I'm not sure of the spelling.). The name of a committee member that helped Galbraith quickly (30 minutes) draft the Act was Claiborne Bell (sp). Fifth Estate put the number of Kurds dead because of Saddam's chemicals at 30,000. And says the Kurds are still waiting for gas masks that the US has promised them but not delivered.
