It outlines quite clearly the expectations of the Bush administration and its advisers and shows hows very likely it is that these expectations will not/cannot be fulfilled.

It is clear to me that, as it is with the coalition forces facing an implacable foe in Iraq, there will be increasing disillusionment of the American people with the policies of the Bush administration. It is for this reason, as well as the covert agenda outlined in the article, that the administration is trying to escalate the war as much as possible.

As from William Shakespeare's Macbeth:
